This Privacy Policy explains how iO Advisory apps handle information.

Overview

iO Advisory apps are designed to work primarily on your device(s). We do not operate user accounts and we do not run servers that store your personal data.

Information created in the app

The app allows you to create and store information. This information is considered user-generated content.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored:

• On your device
• In your personal iCloud account if iCloud sync is enabled
• iCloud storage is provided by Apple and governed by Apple’s privacy and security practices

We do not have access to your iCloud data. For more information about how Apple protects iCloud data, refer to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

AI Models

We only utilise Apple on-device foundation models for AI features. We do not use 3rd party or cloud based AI.

Email communication

Some iO Advisory apps allow you to send emails to team members using the Mail app on your device.

When you choose to send an email:

• The email is created and sent by your device using your default mail app
• We do not receive, store, or transmit email addresses or email content
• Any information included in the email is chosen and sent by you
• Emails are handled according to Apple’s privacy and security practices

Data we do not collect

We do not:

• Track you across apps or websites
• Collect analytics or usage data
• Show advertising
• Sell or share personal information
• Access your contacts, photos, or other device data outside the information you enter into the app

Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions and payments are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple may collect and process payment data in accordance with its own privacy policies.

Data deletion

You can delete all data created in the app at any time using the in-app data deletion option. Deleting the app will remove local data from your device. Data stored in iCloud can be removed from your iCloud account.

Children’s privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
